Background/History

Sanda (meaning "free hit") or sanshou (meaning "free hand") is the fighting applications of Chinese martial arts. More often than not, it is practiced as a sport.

Techniques and Training

Sanda can have many different techniques, but it features; boxing style punches, roundhouse, side and front kicks, and throws.
